No. There are no refunds or exchanges.
What does a typical day look like?
9AM-12pm: badminton lessons. 12AM-1PM: lunch. 1PM-2PM: badminton lessons. 2PM-3PM: games.

Is there after-hour or before-hour care?
There is free after-hour care (3PM-5PM), with limited space, registration required. Athletes must be picked up by 5PM, no exceptions. During after-hour care, athletes will wait in the lounge with minimal supervision. Athletes are required to bring their own activities to do during this time. There is no before-hour care. Doors usually open at around 8:30AM-8:40AM, however, supervision will only begin when the program begins at 9AM. It is recommended for athletes to arrive at 9AM.
What equipment do I need?
Athletes must bring their own badminton racket and clean, non-marking, badminton (gum bottom) shoes.. Shoes with any dark spots on the bottom, regardless of size, will not be permitted on court. Athletes must also bring their own water to drink.
What will athletes learn?
The beginner / intermediate badminton camp will introduce athletes to the sport of badminton and teach basic badminton techniques and footwork.

Registration must be done in store. Spots are only reserved once payment is received. Cash payment is required for all discounted services (e.g. early-bird pricing). Cash, debit, and credit are accepted for original price services. Receipts will be provided.

Important Information:

- Athletes are responsible for bringing their own bottled water; athletes will have access to tap water.
- Athletes are responsible for providing their own racket, shoes, and appropriate athletic-wear.
- Athletes responsible for bringing their own lunch in programs that do not provide lunch. Lunch is 1 hour in length and will begin between 11 AM - 12 NOON.
- Only clean, indoor, non-marking shoes permitted on court. No exceptions. Shoes will be inspected upon entry. Non-marking shoes are professional badminton shoes OR 100% white or sand soled shoes; absolutely no dark-spots on soles allowed, regardless of size. Whether a shoe is non-marking is under the sole discretion of E Badminton.

- Space limited for the free after-hour care service. During after-hour care, there will be minimal supervision and participants are expected to bring their own activities to do (e.g. books, games, homework) in our lounge.
- No refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling will be issued.
- To receive the 50% off promotion, athletes must register by March 1, 2020 and must register on an entire-week basis (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri). Cash is the only form of payment accepted for all discount services.

General camp program details
Our camp programs schedule aligns with the winter break, march break, and summer holiday schedule of elementary and high-school students.
All ages and levels are welcome, and all of our programs are coached by our elite, international-level coaches.
Camp registrations typically begins around a month and a half before the start date.
Camp times are from 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday-Friday, with after-hour care available.
